Cell Phone rights

What is the name of your state? Washington.

My husband's cell phone is in his name, can I require Cingular to let me have access to the online account? My husband is having an affair and locked the account. In Washington state, is his cell phone my cell phone?

No you cannot legally have access to his accounts. And Cingular will also tell you no absent a subpoena.
