I have been divorced for 10 years. My son is now 15 and has expressed a desire to come and live with me instead of staying with his mother. What course of action do I have to take to acheive this. Can she fight it, and if so, how much weight do my son's wishes carry. We reside in the same state of Texas but in different cities - do I have to file paperwork in the county where the divorce was granted?
