Question

Changed his mind

What is the name of your state? California, My divorce became final in October of 2001. The court order included for my benifit, part of his pension. My question is how long do I have before I can no longer file a QDRO, Ex had verbally agreed and now is saying he is no longer going to follow through.

Changed his mind

What he verbally agreed to was just to pay me the money the court awarded me, as not to touch his pension in any way.
But after he bought a home his attitude changed to, do what you have to do.
This divorce went into a default as he did not response or show up to court. When he received his default papers he had a legal party send me papers to sign after the default was already entered.
Joint custody was awarded w/myself being custodial. He sees his sons once to twice a month whenever he feels up to it. He had saving accounts, in his name only, which he receive 100% of.
