CHANGING BABYS NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I live in Chatt.,Tn. When my son was born i was still married to my exhusband. He is not the father. Because i was married i could not have my sons dad put on the birth certificate, nor could i give him his dads last name. I want to have it changed, but how? No one can help me, can you?
