changing jurisdiction

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
I don't know where to post this. I am looking for advice on how to change jurisdiction from IL to AZ. An IL judge gave me a court order 3 years ago to move my minor son to AZ with me. My son has not seen his father in 6 years (2003). The father keeps filing petitions in IL court forcing me to fly back and answer his frivolous petitions (which have nothing to do with visitation of his son) and I simply cannot afford it anymore. My son is 17, will be 18 in November and I can feel another petition in the making before he turns 18. His father will fight changing jurisdiciton but I want to try.
