What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I would like to become the legal guardian of an adult with developmental disabilities. Currently a family member has been appointed guardianship but is experiencing medical issues that compromise the quality of support they can provide. The individual would like to change to have the first guardian removed and another appointed. How do I do this?
