Child Abuse Felony Arraignment

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

What is involved with a court arraignment for a Child Abuse/Neglect Criminal Felony charge? What happens?

The mother is following a plan to get her daughter back. In addition to facing the above charges and jail time, she has also been ordered to pay child support for her daughter in state custody. What happens if she misses a payment or doesn't have the money to pay?

She is also under court ordered obligation to repay a former landlord for unpaid rent. What happens if she misses a payment?
