I have a support order and am getting child support, it's just half the daycare and medical bills I'm not getting. Now the office of recovery services says thats on me to do. how? something called a default judgment? what in the world is that and how do i even go about getting one? anyone have any advice? :mad:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? utah

Does your court order include the daycare and medical?

If it does, you'll need to file in court to have the order enforced. If you don't want to, or can't hire an attorney, you need to get a consult with one and then locate the forms, laws and court rules.
