Child Custody Advice

I currently reside in the state of Texas and was seeking advice on steps to take in order to get custody of my children. Roughly one year ago my ex-wife was awarded custody of my 3 children. I was writing to seek advice on what actions I should take in order to have the best chance at getting them back. Thanks.

Are they being abused or seriously neglected?

You see, it is not about what you can do.. it is about what is wrong with the mother and how badly are the children being treated.

Generally, in order to receive a CHANGE in custody (as opposed to a new determination of custody), you must prove the other parent unfit.

That's pretty tough to do....
