What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State.

I am currently dating a women who has two children in custody of the State of Washington. They have told her that she can not have a felon around the children while they are in custody of the state. We are serious about our relationship and she is trying to get custody back. What are the rules and regulations regarding a boyfriend who is on probation, doing well and who's conviction is from 2001 for drugs. Any advice or suggestions would be great. Thank You.

if she is lying about you there will be issues. If she wants to reunify with her children and wants you in her life she needs to get YOU on the caseplan and YOU need to work the case and complete it. If you don't she can lose her children and have her rights terminated. If they don't let you on the case then she gets to choose between YOU and HER CHILDREN. If you really love her you won't make her do that.
