Child Guardianship

What is the name of your state? ohio
I live in ohio. my daughter and granddaughter live in florida.
my granddaughter wants to move back to ohio and go to school.
she is 17. the school district says we need to be named her legal guardian for this to happen. i need to know what i have to do for this to happen.
