If a women is pregnant and the husband is not the father, is the husband still liable for the child what is the law regarding this matter

GENERALLY the husband is considered the father.

However, if you have your lawsuit already started, then you need to be declared not the father before the final judgment.

The husband needs to have DNA testing done. My brother had to do this, and no, he was not liable for the child. Of course, the child was physicallly obviously not his too which helped, but he also had DNA testing done. Otherwise, husband is presumptivfe father. You have to overcome the presumption.
