Child Support

What is the name of your state?
Florida

Ok I have a child that is 5 years old and we all lived together until the child was 3 years old, there was always the posibility that the baby was not mine, we split up 2 years ago and now that I married another she wants to come after me for child support, I have not seen a judge, but I had one hearing already and I was told that I dont have the right to request a paternity test because of the time that has gone by. Can someone please tell me what can I do, I dont fell that I sould be locked up to child support when the child its not mine, the mother is denying me the test because she knows that the result will me negative. I feel that my rights are being taken away by not giving me a chance to defend myself.
