child support on joint custody

What is the name of your state? Tulsa, Oklahoma.

My husband has agreed to joint custody with his ex wife on three children. These three children bounce around from mother to father and always have since I have been married to him for eight years.( I know stability is important) But I'm just a step-mother.

However, If both parents agree on a shared or joint custody-does child support have to be set? We are allowing her to claim food stamps on them even though they are not there half the time.
