My exwife has been having our daughter every other weekend since.
As of late she has retained an attorney and is prusuing a change in custody to the opposite.
We are currently in mediation but last friday I've just learned that her attorney met with out daughter without letting me know in advance.
My question is: is that legal and ethical?
The attorney was also talking with our daughter about changing residences and school.
I can see in her that really stresses her out with the uncertainity of where her life is headed. |
I doubt that its illegal, because I doubt that the attorney would have done that if it was.
