Children's rights/elderly parentWhat is the name of your state? Texas My mother is refusing to let me see my father who is elderly and in hospice at home. I have never done anything to ever harm my father, I just want to spend as much time with him as I can. My mother pretty much just hates me because I told her that she was a lousy mother and she is doing this out of spite. She refuses to let me on her property but my father is too ill to leave the house on his own. Is there any thing I can do to spend more time with my father? Don't I have some kind of rights as his daughter? |
