Childs preference

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? My mom is in texas and my dad is in kansas

I am 15 and I would like to come live with my dad but my mom has custody over me but she has not been following visitation rights would my father and I be able to use that against her in court ? Also my mom has made it so that my fathers visitation is cut short because I had a choice to go to summer school or take a class that I failed during the school year she is making me go to summer school and come back early from my dads house is she allowed to do that or will my dad get in trouble if he doesn't bring me back for summer school ?
