child's surname?

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

MY husband walked out of our marriage when he found out I was pregnant. We have only been married for 6 months. I would like to change back to my maiden name? If I do, can I give the baby my maiden name or do I have to give it his since we are married?

Please help!

You can give the child your maiden name as the surname.
