circuit court made mistake !

circuit court signed a order to have my bank account froze without seeing that legal paper work called a writ feria facias was not yet filed . now my account is really my disabled wifes account im only on it to do her business for her . knowone seems to know what to do to make the circuit clerk to fix her mistake ! can you help?
