What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Montana

My father-in-law is a citizen that has spent a large amout of time in the Dominican Republic. He is in the states right now and his significant other is here with him on a VISA. This is her first trip to the states and they would like to get married while here in Montana.

Can they just go get married or are there forms or applications they need to fill out.

They can get married HOWEVER they would have to see about getting her a VISA to remain here in the states. What type of VISA did she use to enter the country?
