IS THERE ANY RIGHTS FOR A RESIDENT OF A MOBILE HOME PARK, WHO LIVES NEXT DOOR TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DRUGS, CHILD NEGLECT, I HAVE COMPLAINED TO PROPERTY OWNER, BUT NOTHING IS DONE, THE POLICE ARE OUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, I HEAR THE SCREAMING, THEY COME TO MY HOUSE WHEN THEY NEED HELP, FROM GETTING ABUSED,WHAT CAN IDO CAN I SUE OWNER OF PROPERTY FOR UNHEALTHY SURROUNDINGS? IAM A NERVOUS WRECK, THEY COME TO ME THEIR NEIGHBOR WHO LIVES TWO FEET AWAY WHEN THEY NEED HELP. THE OWNER SAYS HE CAN DO NOTHING UNLESS THEY DESTROY HIS PROPERTY,IF THEY SCREAM AND BEAT EACH OTHER UP THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO.THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON NOW FOR OVER A YEAR OR LONGER, WHEN I SAY THEY LIVE TWO FEET THAT IS NO LIE, THEY DID NOT LIVE HERE WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOME, MOVED IN AFTER WE DID, BUT AS A RESIDENT DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS, AND DOES NOT THE OWNER OF THE PARK HAVE ANY RESPONBILITY? I HAVE NEVER SUED ANYONE IN MY LIFE, BUT I CAN NOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE, WHAT CAN I DO, THE WOMEN COMES OVER AND SHOWS ME HER BRUISES, I CAN HEAR EVERYTIME THEY FIGHT, THEY EVEN GO OUTSIDE MY HOME AND SCREAM AND THORW THINGS, AND THE LANGUAGE, IT IS JUST A CRAZY NIGHTMARE, HELP I NEED LEAGAL ADVISE.
