I am trying to figure out what I need to do:

get my son's US citizenship. When we divorced, my ex and her attorny, filed papers stating she was aquiring our son's US citizenship. She never did this and it is now ten years later, I just found out. She refuses to give me his passport and INS Green card?

Second, I just received a copy of my son's school file and some papers are missing. I asked my ex if she had them and she provided me with copies but redacted names and dates which has my curiosity going? Can I force her or the school to provide them without the information redacted?

Where do you live?

Where do the mother and son live?

What are the custody (legal and physical) orders?

Where were those orders established (what court)?
