| Cohabitation What is the name of your state? NC
My wife and I signed a Separation Agreement(this was not done in court but was signed and notorized with an Attorney and filed) with the clause that we are both to live as if we are single and may visit or live with whoever we deem is fit.
We have joint custody with her being the primary.
My wife(soon to be ex) is wanting to go to Court for a Court Order changing the clause to "No Cohabitation". In other words, if this is amended, I won't be able to get my son for the nights.
The girl that moved in with me is a very nice person who would never cause any harm to my son.
Do you think that this can be changed? Her only justification is that she is saying that it is not morally right.
She's also saying that she is going to sue me to pay all of her attorney's fees. |
