Cohabitation Agreement

Can a Cohabitation Agreement be enforced in the State of Pennsylvania between a couple who have been in a 17 year plus relationship but have not lived together full time. If not, what other options do I have to protect myself and any property/assets that I have brought to the relationship.

Do you have such an agreement or are you talking about a common law marriage?
