I lived with a guy for 3 years we had no prenups. Both agreed that when it was over we seperate as friends him taking his stuff and me taking mine.. I told him I was leaving so I packed a couple suittcases of clothes and left.and he packed everthing he said was mine and. He even brought the stuff to my new home. Now he is trying to sue me for 3 years of support and etc. He had a credit card made out to me from his account and had my name put on and told me to use as I wanted, Now he wants me to pay that back,,,when we moved in he agreed to pay all bills because am 100 % disabeled and on SS ans SSI and not able to work as to the disabilty and have several health problems he knew about before hand, and have no money and can't live on that.What can he do to me? |
