collecting on judgment not paid by x husband

YOUR STATE NAME - California
I had taken my x-husband back to court so he would have to buy me out of the home we still owned together. The Judge made a rulling that he had to give me $5000.00 and take all responsibility of any other debts to the home. and that I was to quick deed the home over after he gave me $500.00 and he had 60 days to refinance the home and pay me off. well that has came and gone as of april 4. Ive been tring to file a qudro to get the maoney he owes me from his annuity fund, because he said he is never going to pay me. he also owes me 1200.00 back spousal. but the judge will not grant my qudro without his signature, so now what can i do to get my money.
thanks
Denise Bennett

Have your attorney file a for a motion of contempt against your ex. He was court ordered to pay under certain stipulations, and he has failed to do so. He is in contempt of a court order. The judge can issue an income deduction order for the amount he owes in back support and for the house, he can also put a lien on the house or take his taxes. He can also be fined and jailed if this becomes habit with him.
