I live in Delaware. I just wanted to know if the state recognizes common law because there is a woman who works for a law firm and she swears that Delaware accepts common law,,however I respectfully disagree and I wanted to know if anyone who has knowledge in this department could help me and I would also like to know if there is a reference b/c I am having trouble finding it,,,Thank You What is the name of your state? |
