My significant other and I have been together for 7 years. We are in the process of breaking up.
We have a house.
My income wasnt needed to qualify for the house so the house is in his name.
We have a joint checking account and have split the mortgage payments.
How much trouble am I going to have getting my share of the equity out of the house?
