common law marriage

What is the name of your state? PA

I live in a state that has common law marriage. I bought a house under my name only. He moved in 2 yrs later. He has lived with me for 14 yrs. We have filed income tax together. I had him removed in Feb of 2002 for PFA. The PFA was dropped he is a police officer and i didn't want him to lose his job. SO he has been out since Feb of 2002. I had his personal things packed and he wanted other things that i gave him. We have to file for a divorce. Now my ? is I went to SC for 2 weeks I asked him to come to the house to let the dogs out. Well while i was gone he decided to get a u haul and remove things from this house. Does he have the right since he no longer lives here. The house was never in his name or any utility bills either. He has not lived here since Feb1 2002 and he did remove what he wanted back then
