Question

common law marriage in Oklahoma

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

If a men and women have been together for years and the men dies is the women in title for real estate property that is only in men's name? They never did get married by paper but lived together. He purchase all the property and she never signed anything that we know of.

What I really need to know is does she have any legal grounds for real estate property to keep it or does it go to the men's family?
