Question
i know pennsylvania recognizes common law marriages, but i was wondering how long a couple must live together in order to be legally a common law married couple and if companies within pa are required to recognize this marriage for health insurance purposes.

Pennsylvania
A common-law marriage may be established if a man and woman exchange words that indicate that they intend to be married at the present time.
