Does Florida recognize common law marriage established in Georgia? If so, what documentation do I need to prove that we had a common law marriage in Georgia and how do I establish common law marriage in Florida?

The first question when was this relationship established. If it was after 1997 no common law marriage laws apply.

We began living together in 1991 in FL then moved to GA in 1995 where we continued to live together until we moved back to FL in 1999. We have always referred to each other as husband and wife and even filed taxes together. What documentation is required to verify a common law marriage?
