common law in pennsylvania


What is the name of your state? pennsylvania**************hello,friends told me to go after ex-for common law marriage....i have no clue were to start & if i can? weve been together for 3 1/2 years....im 38....intended on geting married....you see i was in accident...which he caused (brain injury)....he couldnt handel my medical problems & drs. appts....so it caused upset with him because i wasnt the (same) he made me sell my home....quit job....ect (FOOL) huh! Anyway he was my soul provider....any help on my questions? thank-you

That really may not be enough to prove common law marriage. It's not that you intended to marry, but that you already held yourselves out as married. I suspect you're not going to get anywhere with this.
