Question

I live in Dallas, TX. There are no children by this marriage. Only 1 step daughter, not adopted. We were married the first time for 3 yrs then divorced. I asked for nothing the first time. We were remarried for approx. 1 yr before I left again. I have been gone for 3 yrs. The house has been in both names for approx 5 yrs.
My question is: I left my spouse 3 yrs ago. He had a house before we were married. And we bought a house after we were married. When I left he stated I would not get the house we purchased when we got married. I would get nothing. 3 months after I left, he refinanced the house in his name only. Using the money I deposited into his account to help pay expenses while we were married. I did not have access to his account. He also physically abused my daughter. There was a police report, CPS became involved and pictures taken. What chance do I have of getting back into the house we purchased while married? Providing I can afford the mortage pymts. And getting half of his bank account that was used to refinance the house? My attorney is asking for this.
