I reside in Minnesote and have been separated for 4 years, not legally so though. My wife resides in North Dakota. She left me with the house, kids, pets.......... and it is time to move on. The bank in the town I wish to move to will loan money for a house but is concerned about my being married and her rights to my future residence as Minnesota is a communuty property state. Divorce is on the agenda but time is a factor. Is ther a waiver of some sort that I can have her sign that would protect the banks and my investment and put their minds at ease?
