Concerned Grandparents?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
A female gets married, but never uses her married name, gets pregnant by
someone other than the husband, she signs the birth certificate using her
maiden name. What are the legal consequences, if any?

Even in Georgia, women are not required to change their names upon marriage.

And even in Georgia, the husband is the legal father.

Grandparents do not have inherent rights to their grandchildren, even in Georgia.

If she never changed her last name to her husband's then it would be illegal for her to sign a legal document using any other name than her legal (maiden) last name.
