sister is divorcing in illinois. lawyers from both parties agreed on appointment of a financial analyst to look into husband's business profits to determine spousal and child support. sister determined that the person who did the analysis, is the same man who in the past has advised her husband on how to invest his companies profits. is it a conflict of interest for this man to have done the analysis on her husband's business? should she bring this issue up in court? at the same time, her lawyer decided to drop her for lack of money coming in (he knows her husband also). very close to court date (next week) does she have any recourse??
