conservatorship


What is the name of your state?Chattanooga,Tennessee
What is a conservatorship and how do I get this on my mother whom is in a coma not expecting to live?

Conservatorship- a person, official, or institution designated to take over and protect the interests of an incompetent.

See Tennessee Code, Title 34: Guardianship--Estates of Incompetents,
Chapter 11: Guardianships and Conservatorships Generally, §34-11-101 et
seq. for conservatorship laws.]
