What is the name of your state? Nevada

I am divorced and have custody of my daughter. The divorce was in Oregon. I now reside in Nevada and my ex-husband in Souther California. He is not abiding by the order, by not sending me yearly tax info or paying the uninsured medical. Can I file a motion in NV? Or do I need a change of venue? Can I file for a change of Venue in the Nevada courthouse?
