Question

Contempt - What Can I Expect??

What is the name of your state? WA.

I am taking my Ex to court, Pro Se, later this month on Contempt. She has violated nearly every provision of our Parenting Plan. Visitation, Bad-Mouthing, School, Doctors and Med's, Major Purchases. All the Joint Decision stuff.

I have A LOT of documentation. Counselor letters, emails, post mail, etc. If the Court finds her in violation what can I expect them to do?

How far back will the Court find her in COC? She has been violating the PP since 1997. My documentation goes back to 2001.

I have asked the Court to order Counseling for ALL of us Me, Her and my two Sons. Will the Court order Counseling? I HIGHLY desire this. One son is 15yo the other 18yo. The 18yo has an order of Post Secondary Educational Support that he is using. Will the Court treat him as a Minor to get him to attend Counseling as well?

Thank You,

GML

PS I know you all have seen my a lot on this board. Please do not confuse this thread with my PSES thread. This is a different issue.

Sorry for spelling and/or syntax errors.
