Contemptable X What to do ? HELP!

I have been divorce going on 3 yrs , I had a mediating attorney draw up divorce papers then , that covered child support and visitation ,medical expenses for our daughter who is now 10 yrs old. The x-wife is a social worker and works o child protection cases too in Carver county. We both live in Hennipen county and I without a lawyer fought Carver county and the x to have a Change of Venue of the divorce decree move to the county we both live in. any how I had to take her to court and hire a lawyer to have motion for change of parenting specifically visitation, because she was scheduling things when I was to have parenting time w/ our daughter,or she would go on vactions and not give me correct information or no information to reach our daughter by phone , our daughter and I have a very loving and caring relationship despite some of the difficulties of not eing the parent she doesn't live with. I pay for medical,dental, the X will go to provider outside the coverage plan and has recently presented me with amounts over $200.00 for dental and optical , saying I have to pay them. Do I ? Next even though our parenting agreement states that I must be compenstated for time when she schedules things when I am to have our daughter she the X still does this at times and recently had her friend tae our daughter to Wisconsin supposedly to share in a birthday party for the friends daughter, who is a close friend w/our daughter, the retrn date was to be in time for my visiting time ,it wasn't and the friend lie about where they would be staying and didnt not return my calls when I left voice mails on her cell phone that I was calling to speak to our daughter. And just over 4 days a go the boyfriend of the X told me that @ 915pm my daughter was sleeping and that "it was nice I was the father" but she was sleeping , I then said " are you telling me I can't speack to my daghter ? , he said he wasn't say I could'nt , I said the n wake he rplese you see I had just dropped her off at 830 pm our normal summer reture time , then when he pu the phone down to supposedly go get our daughter the phone wa hung up I called again and got voice messaging, I left a message tto the X that I was displeased with treatment and it was crossingt the line for anyone to come between a parent and child. what can I do
when I have a X who thinks that she can just run amuck?

Any suggestions, I have very little money and I just finished the advidavit I am thinking of filing a motion to have her held in contempt of our decree and parenting agreement which is court ordered .
