court appointed guardian of mom

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada,,,
I have legal court appointed guardianship of mother .
Now the other family members would like to be involved and take guardianship of mom. And I have agreed.
They reside in another state.
What do I have to do to give guardianship to them ?
So that I am not responsible for mom any longer .

Have your guardian attorney prepare & present to the court where the guardianship was established;: 1) discharge papers for you, 2) appointment papers for the new guardian, 3) permission for the new guardian to move your mom to another state; 4) papers for the new guardian's attorney to transfer the guardianship to where mom is to be moved.
