What is the name of your state? florida. divorce final using msa. discovered wording wrong and instead of xferring an annuity, it says "shall withdraw & pay". hearing to reform the contract done, hiz honor said "we can't go around throwing out legal contracts because someone didn't read, pay w/in 30 days". annuity company says i can't "get to the money" unless a "qualifiying event" happens. have no other money. am only 54. attorney is filing appeal w/ no hopes of prevailing. what do i do now??
