court order

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tx
ex-boyfriend still calls, he's on probation and violated probation in october, was charge with order for emergency protection and interfer w/emergency call. he got out on bail, and went back to live with girl that had him arrested. told him he was in violation of court order, doesn't believe me, said girl talk to his probation officer's supervisor and stated that she provoke him into hitting her, told him that it didn't matter what she did, he still violated probation and was in serious trouble, that he could be fine for up to 4,000.00 or a year in jail, or both, maybe two. his probation officer is aware that he is living with girl again, but did not have him arrested, he has court in dec, is there a chance that he might get out of having to go to jail.

If you made any sense, someone might have an answer. You are all over the place with your post.

It is our unanimous opinion that you are damn right and it should be obvious to any moron that your (ex) (SO’s ex) (boss) (landlord) (local police) should be immediately (jailed) (fired) (reprimanded) (arrested) (demoted) (shot) (evicted).
In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
