CPS<The family killer

Texans: My husband, Craig, was wrongly accused by CPS several times! They never investigated allegations that were made, but they did validate them. Now 7 yrs. after the fact those same allegations are what keeps him from seeing his daughter. They destroyed his daughter's life and his and the relationship that could have been. They also charged him with injury to a child in Ted Poe's court and he was found not guilty. Craig also filed an expuntion order. They still have documents on file of that case and the document says that jury found him unable to decide with reason to believe which is false. My first question is: How does one begin to clear records with CPS? #2: We want to sue them for the damages(about 50,000,000.00) that they have caused, how do we go about doing that? #3 How do we go about filing contempt charges? #4 Could we get a lawyer to take our case without any money down and 40% of what we win? All of the case would be simple conviction, we have the evedence in black and white.

How in the world do you plan to justify asking for 50 million dollars?

Easy, how important is your child to you! How much is your child worth? How much is the love you have for your child worth? How much is you child's well being worth, their happiness, your ability to protect them? If you ask me it is worth way more than what we want. I would have much rathered them give me the rights that I am supposed to already have as a father but no they ripped them out from under me before I realized what they were dtrying to do. Can you imagine the pain and heart break of a child when she was dragged around to shelters by the mother cause of her addiction to pain killers and having her daughter lie (lie meaning the mom told her to say that her father molested her)so they would be able to get help for free. The mom told her to lie so many times she did not even know the truth from fantasy and can you imagine the pain CPS caused her by encouraging her to lie instead of truely helping her. And it seems that money is all CPS is worried about so it is time that some one hit them where it hurts cause nothing is being done to stop them from what they call rescuing and what we call destroying families!

Some employees such as this are immune from lawsuits. Otherwise, everybody would sue them.

They have no immunity; they just like to think they do. Two couples won 8 million against them (as an agency & and as separate persons) a few years ago here in VA. There was another one in NC..do an internet search. You'll have to find a good attorney. Call your local state bar association, explain your situation. From my experience lawyers do not like to mess w/CPS and if they will take it, most do not have a clue. They might know the law, but the law according to cpshomewreckers is an totally different matter. I was told by a high profile attorney who practices on both coasts: "Honey, I went up against CPS ONCE. That was enough. They are all in collusion.... biggest a bunch of liars." Probably best to look for a lawyer who flunked ethics...and do a ton of your own research.

I thought that since they are state employees (or possibly federal) that left them virtually immune to lawsuits. Just like people at CSE....

It looks to me like these poeple have scared everyone so that they can keep on destroying people. We have some information that was pulled from CPS files and they validated lies about a report of sexual allagation. The daughter lied to CPS and they validated him for it. They have a report from a doctor that says that there was blunt penatration trama and at that time when the doctor examined her the father had already been in jail for 41 days. He was in jail cause the mother lied and said that he through the 3 yr. old on the concrete by the hair. He was later found NOT GUILTY. He got an expunction order on that meaning that no government or body could speak of that case and that all files regarding that case were to be destroyed. We have a statement from CPS stating that the father was arrested and found UNABLE TO DECIDE WITH REASON TO BELIEVE. Now that I think is slander and violation of an expunction order and violation of civil rights!! They are so wrong for what they do!
