Credit Card Debt

Am I responsible for my husbands credit card debt in Texas incurred while we were married even though my name is not on the account?

I can speak only in terms of Indiana law:

The creditor won't hold you liable, but the court might, if the things charged where "marital debts" or things that you both used and benefited from.
