Custodial Interference

What is the name of your state? Washington

Who would I contact regarding Custodial Interference??

I have already researched it and it is a crime in the State of WA. It says to contact the City Prosecuter's office to talk to them and I did that and they said they dont handle things like that. So now where do I turn??

Any suggestions will help.

I find it odd that "it says," to contact the DA's office...and the DA's office doesn't "do" that. Hmmm. Who is "it" and what did "they" tell you when you told "them" that their info was wrong?

Generally, the DA wouldn't give a bean about family problems. I can't imagine what the DA's place in this would be.
