Custody battleWhat is the name of your state? California My daugther was in prison and her daugther's grandparents had temporary custody of her while she was there. Now the father of the child has filed for custody and litigamazation. He lives in Georgia and she has been paroled to California . Is there any chance that he will win custody. My granddaugther is 8 years old, and she wants to be with her mother. My daugther was paroled to my house and I have agreed to be responsible for the two. The father filed the motion on the day that she got out , when she went to the courthouse to get the temporary paper changed. Please advise. ![]() |

| Anything is possible, and no one here can tell you what a judge will decide.
