| florida: girlfriend and i have three children. i am listed on two of three birth certificates. girlfriend will not willingly add me as father on third. relationship ending. have i any grounds for court-ordered paternity testing? if a mother does so, father must pay. would the reverse be true? thanks. art |

| The way I understand it, you can challenge the paternity before the alledge child's 2nd birthday if you have a reason to believe that it is your child.I think it is usually the one who request the paternity test pays for the cost of test. |
