According to Pennsylvania law is a married man allowed financial damages because another married man had an affair with the mans wife in secret, and caused a break up of the mans marriage. This also caused trama to our grown children.
The marriage lasted for 30 years.

My response:

You are talking about the Cause of Action for "Alienation of Affection". This form of adultery is not actionable in 46 States and, where it is actionable, it is extremely difficult to win.

What can you do about it? Probably nothing. There are only four states that still even have Alienation of Affection laws on the books; Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina and Utah are the States that recognize, and have causes of action for, Alienation of Affection, and yours is not one of them.

The best thing you can do for yourself is move on - harboring resentment, anger and hatred isn't going to do you or your children any good - it serves no useful purpose and nothing will come of it.

Get treatment for your depression, move on with your life. Success is the best revenge.

Good luck to you.
